“An investigation into police brutality is underway after Passaic, NJ resident Ronnie Holloway was shown on tape being beaten by police for apparently not having his jacket zipped. An officer repeatedly hit him with a baton while he was on the ground.

Holloway was charged with resisting arrest, wandering with the intent to purchase narcotics, and disorderly conduct. The officer in question, Joseph Rios, remains on active duty. A protest against police brutality is planned for noon on Saturday.

Holloway’s mother claims he suffers from schizophrenia and did not commit a crime.

  3. They forgot “beaten and arrested for having an unzipped jacket–while being black.”

  5. Stewie, your rant is outrageous for the pigs! Pigs deserve more respect than that! ;)

  6. There are now so many of these police brutality stories that it’s impossible to keep up with them all. One could fill an entire blog with nothing but posts about them.

    Disgusting. Cops are pigs.
