The Atheist Watchmaker Argument

  1. You know what I think.. it’s ignorant to claim there is no god(s), while it’s just as ignorant to claim there is god(s). Same shit, different pile. I don’t understand how people can be so certain. It makes absolutely no sense.

  2. Whoever said they were “so certain?” It’s awfully convenient for a person to pretend to stay out of the conversation and then claim superiority for basically refusing to look into one’s own mind and find if there is belief or not.

    • Atheists are certain; fundamentalists are certain.
      Are you an atheist?
      Are you a fundamentalist?
If you were ever interested in my opinion concerning god or godlessness, all you’d have to do do is ask. But, since you suppose I’m “claiming superiority” by not expressing my perspective in detail, so here it is: I will never claim to be certain about whether or not there’s a god, because, simply, beliefs can be misleading, and more or less detrimental to one’s being. Please, stop fooling yourself, just because you believe in something doesn’t make it true. However, yes, I have a suspicion that there’s something like “God” out there; although I don’t consider it something outside of myself. It’s the reason everything exists, if there were one. It’s why things are the way they are. It’s everything and nothing at the same time. I could, probably, go on forever, yet I hope my beliefs are sufficient enough, for your happiness, for you, master…

      • I have a suspicion that you’re a moron.

But, you know, I’m not certain about it. So that makes it okay, right?

it would be so ignorant of you to say that you’re not a moron. Have an open mind, buddy.

        • That’s fine with me, you’re entitled to your opinion. To be honest, I would value your opinion, but it appears to be worthless. Your opinion is worthless, in my eyes, because you’re always trying to insult people whenever they’ve expressed something contrary to your perspective or beliefs. It’s almost laughable. In fact, I would love to laugh at you and your problems, but I know there’s something deeper, more personal, behind it all… Because of that, frankly, I’d be afraid of hurting your feelings. ANYWAYS, explain to me, how or why is my mind not open? Also, explain to me why you always get so defensive about absolutely everything, particularly when people’s opinions don’t fit your perspective. Please… enlighten me.. lol.

          • “To be honest, I would value your opinion, but it appears to be worthless.”
            Are you certain about that?
(I am still laughing at the fallacies in your reasoning, are you getting it yet?)

“Your opinion is worthless, in my eyes, because you’re always trying to insult people whenever they’ve expressed something contrary to your perspective or beliefs.”
Sure buddy. It’s got nothing to do with your rotten logic. Keep telling yourself that.

“In fact, I would love to laugh at you and your problems”
Are you absolutely certain that you’d love to laugh at me? Because that makes you pretty darn closed-minded.

            • Oh man… “if only you could hear yourself.” And, I’d bet you I’m not the first person you’ve heard that statement from. It’s time to take notice.. if not for me, for your own mental health dude.. lol… I swear I’m not laughing at you, I’m laughing for you……. hahahahahah
